Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At TeeShirts.ke, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Below are our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt)

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless faulty)

  • Items on clearance or marked final sale


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or mobile money

  • Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on your bank or service provider

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges if:

  • The size doesn’t fit

  • You received the wrong item

To exchange an item:

  1. Email us at info@teeshirts.ke with your order number and reason

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us

  3. Once received, we’ll send the replacement (subject to stock availability)

Exchange Costs:

  • Customers cover return and re-delivery shipping costs unless the error was ours
