🛍️ Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Must include proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt)

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item
Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized or custom-made items (unless faulty)

Items on clearance or marked final sale
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We’ll notify you via email

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or mobile money

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on your bank or service provider
Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
🔄 Exchanges
We accept exchanges if:

The size doesn’t fit

You received the wrong item
To exchange an item:

Once approved, ship the item back to us

Once received, we’ll send the replacement (subject to stock availability)
Exchange Costs:

Customers cover return and re-delivery shipping costs unless the error was ours
